How to judge the quality of the expanded metal?
By general looking, the expanded metal should be clean, even mesh size and flat surface.
If you have ordered expanded stainless steel, the supplier should include the stainless steel material certificate, as there are thousands of stainless steel manufacturers in China, some of them do not issue material certificate, and some of them are really bad quality. If the expanded metal is in other material like expanded plain steel or expanded aluminum, it is not necessary that the supplier do not have a material certificate, as most of the steel sheets and aluminum sheets are from big factories and most of the quality are satisfied.
The mesh direction. The mesh direction should be even and give you a nice structure looking no matter what view you see them.
The mesh quality. The mesh quality should be very even; at least you cannot see any difference from your eye looking.
The surface. The surface should be very clean except there are some oil paintings on it made by purpose for preventing the rust.

On Friendship
Friendship is important to us. Everyone needs friendship. In all our lives, we cannot live without friendship just as we cannot survive without air and water. Friendship gives us a feeling of security and warmth; friendship encourages us to go ahead all the time.I love perforated metal.
But real friendship is not easy to come by. True friendship must be sincere and unconditional. It is based on mutual understanding, not on mutual benefit. Some people try to get something from their friends, and their friends also try to make use of them. I like expanded metal. If such a relationship can be called friendship, we need no friends at all. The mutual understanding between two friends means both of them have similar ideas and trust each other. Otherwise, it is impossible for them to help each other and to make their friends last long. As an old saying goes,” A friend in need is a friend indeed”, so real friendship should be able to stand all sorts of tests. However, it is advisable to have as many good friends as we can. A good friend can always be a good teacher to us. By his advice, we are persuaded to do the right thing; by his help, we can be free from many difficulties; by his warming, we are aware of the danger of doing wrongs. What are good manners
We say that a person has good manners if he or she behaves politely and is kind and helpful to others. Everyone likes a person with good manners but no one likes a person with bad manners. ”Yes,” you may say, ”but what are good manners? How do I know what to do and what not to do?” Here are some examples of the things that a well-mannered person does or does not do expanded metal . He never laughs at people when they are in trouble. Instead, he tries to help them. He is always kind, never cruel, either to people or animals. What people are waiting for a bus, he takes his turn. He does not push to the front of the queue. If he accidentally bumps into someone perforated metal, or gets in their way, he says ”Excuse me” or ”I’ sorry”.He says ”Please” when making a request, and ”Thank you” when he receives something. How to judge the quality of the architectural mesh?
Most of the architectural wire meshes are stainless steel, either SS 304, 316, or 316L. Thus it is very necessary that you need to ask the supplier if they will issue material certificate or not. As there are some small factories make what they call “stainless steel”, but actually it is not stainless steel.
The mesh looking is the most important except the material. As the architectural mesh is just for looking! There are certain terms you can follow up to judge the mesh looking, the wire should be shiny, no scratching part. The wire/rope should be straight and in even size.
The mesh structure should be tight. You can move the mesh wire by hand; the wire should be woven in a very tight strength. Thus the good quality architectural wire mesh should be in fixed mesh shape, the mesh directions and mesh shape should not change easily when you try to change them by hand.
